Madison has gone 8-2 against Highland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Bobcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Madison will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
Madison is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Idaho's top teams: Rigby, who was ranked fifth at the time (Madison was ranked first). The Bobcats blew past the Trojans 3-0 on Tuesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Madison walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19, 25-18.

Madison can attribute much of their success to Aspen Boice, who had ten digs and two aces. Boice has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Highland, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against Pocatello by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.
Highland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-15, 25-14, 25-21.
Madison better keep an eye on Jaycie Homer. She was instrumental in Highland's win, getting ten digs and two aces. That's the most digs Homer has posted over her last six matchups.
Madison's record now sits at 30-0. As for Highland, their record is now 13-16.
Everything went Madison's way against Highland when the teams last played back in September, as Madison made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
