Adding to the longest winning streak in A Region III this week, Lamar beat McBee 44-22. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Lamar led the league in scoring this week after putting up 44 points on the Panthers.
Going into this week's contest against Williston-Elko, Johnson's Michael Knox needs 196 passing yards to surpass 2,000 on the season. So far this year, Knox has thrown for 1,804 yards with 13 touchdowns and 7 interceptions.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Great Falls takes on McBee. The Red Devils are currently in third, while the Panthers are in fourth.
Great Falls made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,219 from 10,543. The advance stemmed from a 28-13 victory over Lewisville last week.
