The Falls Church Jaguars will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Justice Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Falls Church comes in on a streak of failing to score more than six points in their last nine games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
Falls Church fell victim to Edison's stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were dealt a 42-0 defeat at the hands of the Eagles. While losing is never fun, Falls Church can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 311th, while Edison is ranked 119th).
Meanwhile, Justice also failed to score in their most recent game. They were outmatched by Hayfield at home and fell 48-0. Justice has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Falls Church's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 0-9. As for Justice, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
Falls Church beat Justice 33-23 in their previous meeting back in October of 2022. Will Falls Church repeat their success, or does Justice have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
