Boron came tearing into Friday's matchup with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Mammoth Huskies with a sharp 18-3 win. Considering the Bobcats have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Bella Job was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in February of 2025.
In other batting news, Boron got a massive performance out of Makensie Crowe, who went 3-for-4 with six RBI, two triples, and one run. Those six RBI gave Crowe a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Channing Boyett, who went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double.
Boron's record is now 14-4. As for Mammoth, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.
