Wingfield will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Terry in at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Wingfield, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Wingfield had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a 12-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of Heidelberg.
Terry had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Raymond last Friday 7-0.
Terry's lifted them to 1-0 while Wingfield's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Terry can add another positive mark to their record or if Wingfield can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Terry's step.
