For the first time since back in January, the Deer Park Deer were forced to settle for a draw on Friday. They and Sam Rayburn finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.
Deer Park avoided a loss thanks to
David Miranda and
Andrew Torres, who posted both of Deer Park's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 11 so far this season.
With that draw, Deer Park's record moves to 9-3-2. As for Sam Rayburn, they moved theirs to 7-1-5.
Deer Park will be playing in front of their home fans against South Houston at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Deer Park is coming into the match with four straight defeats at home, meaning South Houston will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory. As for Sam Rayburn, they will head out on the road to take on Pasadena at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Sam Rayburn is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Texas (they are ranked 172nd, while Pasadena is ranked 394th).
