If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Arlington/Lake Preston. They will challenge Estelline/Hendricks on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Arlington/Lake Preston have yet to lose; Estelline/Hendricks, on the other hand, are desperate for their first win.
Last Friday, Arlington/Lake Preston put the finishing touches on their 6th blowout victory of the season. They made easy work of Castlewood and carried off a 60-31 victory. That looming 29-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Arlington/Lake Preston yet.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 6-50, which was the final score in Estelline/Hendricks's tilt against Elkton/Lake Benton MN two weeks ago.
Arlington/Lake Preston's win lifted them to 6-0 while Estelline/Hendricks's loss dropped them down to 0-6. We'll see if Arlington/Lake Preston's success rolls on or if Estelline/Hendricks are able to steal their positive momentum.
