Beekmantown is 8-2 against Northeastern Clinton since December of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Beekmantown Eagles will look to defend their home court against the Northeastern Clinton Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Beekmantown has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Beekmantown scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat AuSable Valley 84-31 at home. Beekmantown has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 31 points or more this season.
Meanwhile, Northeastern Clinton pushed their score all the way to 66 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a hard 85-66 fall against Moriah. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (58), Northeastern Clinton still had to take the loss.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Jordan Brown, who scored 26 points. Another player making a difference was Max Rabideau, who scored 18 points.
Beekmantown has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Northeastern Clinton, they dropped their record down to 8-9 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
