Nebraska City lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Keston Holman, who scored nine points along with two steals. Kalan Fritch was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with nine rebounds.
Rylee Johnson went supernova for Plattsmouth, scoring 20 points along with two steals. It was the first time this season that Johnson scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Gage Olsen, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Nebraska City dropped their record down to 2-15 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Plattsmouth, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-11.
