Lone Tree have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Tri-County . Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses for Lone Tree and five for Tri-County.
Lone Tree came up short against WACO two weeks ago, falling 38-49. Lone Tree got a solid performance out of junior Harmon Miller, who accumulated 199 passing yards and picked up 65 yards on the ground; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Tri-County lost to Montezuma last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-74.
Lone Tree were fully in charge the last time the two teams met, breezing past Tri-County 67-0. Will Lone Tree repeat their success, or does Tri-County have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
