Trevor Trimble produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Pender to the win on Friday. Trimble rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 65 yards.
For the year, Trimble has run in 6 touchdowns while averaging 52.6 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 2.43 rushing yards per game.

Roth and Pender will challenge Wisner-Pilger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pendragons got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Gators, probably because Roth had a solid game then too: he threw for 169 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 passes, and also rushed for 30 yards. For the year, Isom has averaged 22 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to five.
