The Dutch Fork Silver Foxes had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 40-34 W over White Knoll on Tuesday. The win was just what Dutch Fork needed coming off of a 76-34 loss in their prior contest.
Among those leading the charge was Jayden Walker, who scored ten points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Garner, who scored eight points.
Dutch Fork's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-13. As for White Knoll, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
Dutch Fork will stay at home for another game and welcome the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Hopefully Chapin focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 last Friday. As for White Knoll, they will head out on the road to challenge the Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Lexington's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 13 matchups.
