Homedale was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Emily Taylor did her best to prevent it. Taylor turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off ten hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
