The Crossroad Academy Scorpions's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Aucilla Christian Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on February 9th. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Crossroad Academy extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Franklin County. They walked away with a 47-40 win over the Seahawks.
Meanwhile, Aucilla Christian can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Wednesday. They blew past Port St. Joe, posting a 49-16 win on the road. The team accrued 41 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.
It was another big night for Lauchlin Faglie, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Riley Rutledge was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with four steals.
Crossroad Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-13. As for Aucilla Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 12-8.
