B & B extended the longest winning streak in Twin Valley (8 Man) this week by beating Blue Valley, 66-32. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Falcons.
Hanover took down Frankfort 68-16 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Dustin Rottinghaus threw for 80 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Dylan Schmitz provided a threat through the air and on the ground as B & B bested the Rams. He completed 10 passes for 186 yards and 3 touchdowns and also ran for 80 yards. Schmitz's key target this week was Blake Deters, who caught 4 passes for 125 yards.
Ethan Sweetser made the biggest impact on defense this week as Linn defeated Pike Valley. He racked up 2 sacks.
Deters was the best receiver in the league this week as Justin Coup's team defeated Blue Valley. Deters tallied 4 receptions for 125 yards. Dylan Steinlage helped B & B's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 83 yards.
The Falcons' Rottinghaus and Deters have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback Rottinghaus has thrown for 1,687 yards this season, while Deters has 40 catches for 781 yards. Brett Peters from the Bulldogs leads the league in rushing with 1,346 yards.
Linn led Twin Valley (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 76 points on the Panthers. Peters threw for 91 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 163 yards during the win.
