Morris Knolls took a 38-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons on Tuesday. Morris Knolls has not had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
It was another big night for Cassidy Ball, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds for Jefferson Township. Ball has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Grace Weihmiller was another key contributor, scoring five points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Morris Knolls' defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Jefferson Township, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Morris Knolls will take on the Marauders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jefferson Township, they will be playing at home against the Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Sparta has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
