Southern Missouri RUSH stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. Everything went their way against Exeter as Southern Missouri RUSH made off with a 68-46 victory. Given Southern Missouri RUSH's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while Exeter is ranked 438th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Hannah Gibbons continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 37 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Southern Missouri RUSH's points. Lillian Mindeman was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five assists.
Meanwhile, Liberty came up short against Thayer on Saturday and fell 67-58.
Southern Missouri RUSH is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Liberty, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
