 Meanwhile, Archbishop Moeller fought the good fight in their overtime  game against Mallard Creek  on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took  a  21-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mavericks. The loss was the Fighting Crusaders' first of the season.
 St. Xavier now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Archbishop Moeller, their  loss was their first of the  season and  makes their record 3-1.
