Magnet Cove started the game off right with 29 first-half points. Bigelow countered with 6 points, leaving the score at 29-6 going into the half. The other side of the ball was dominant for Magnet Cove in the second half, holding Bigelow to a measly 6 points.
The win got Magnet Cove back to even at 4-4. Bigelow are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
It's more conference action for Magnet Cove and Bigelow in their upcoming matches. Next week Magnet Cove will take on Conway Christian at 7:00 PM. Conway Christian have averaged 44 points over the course of their past five games, so Magnet Cove might be in for a challenge. As for Bigelow, they will go up against Cutter-Morning Star. Both of those teams have had a rocky road up to this point with five consecutive losses for Bigelow and six for Cutter-Morning Star.
