The Elizabethtown Bears will be playing at home against the Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. Elizabethtown will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak  alive.
 Elizabethtown can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Monday. They blew past Lebanon 12-2. The high-scoring effort was just what Elizabethtown needed considering they were shutout in their previous   contest.
 Meanwhile, Lampeter-Strasburg earned  a  6-2 victory over Solanco  on Monday.
  Anthony Turek made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out eight batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   four  hits. Turek has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Turek was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with a  double.
 In other batting news,  Logan Leaman was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Brayden Hart, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run.
 Elizabethtown's win bumped their record up to 9-7-1. As for Lampeter-Strasburg, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6.
