The Spring Creek Gators will head out on the road to  square off against  the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots  at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Spring Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.5  points per game  this season.

 Despite their  loss, Spring Creek saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays.  Nathan Jackson, who  went 9 for 13 on his way to 25  points in addition to seven  rebounds and three  steals, was perhaps the best of all. What's more,  Jackson also racked up two  assists, the most he's  had since back in November of 2023. Another player making a difference was  Brennan Chambers, who  posted 14 points in addition to eight  boards and five  assists.
 Meanwhile, Arendell Parrott Academy entered their tilt with Wilson Christian Academy on Tuesday with five consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Chargers 51-27. Given the Patriots' advantage  in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings  (they are ranked 86th, while the Chargers are ranked 379th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Arendell Parrott Academy's victory was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 8-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 22.2 points. As for Spring Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
