Del Sol dropped their record down to 10-12 on Friday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners, falling 10-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

As for Southeast Career Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 21-9 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games.

For Southeast Career Tech's part, Bruce Trzpis and Nathan Johnson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Trzpis pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Johnson tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Trzpis has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Trzpis went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and four RBI, while Johnson went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one double. Those two triples gave Trzpis a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lucas Jaggers, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.
