Overhills gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls. Considering the Jaguars have won three contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Jordan Frink was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Kaleb Griffin was incredible, going 2-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one double. Aaron Frink was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Overhills was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .320 or higher in four consecutive games.

Overhills now has a winning record of 5-4. As for E.E. Smith, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
