Prestonwood Christian stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Trinity Christian 55-21 at home. Given Prestonwood Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 112th, while Trinity Christian is ranked 992nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Prestonwood Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Allie Swindell, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds. Swindell continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Londyn Oliphant, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, Parish Episcopal beat Ursuline Academy 62-55 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Parish Episcopal.
Prestonwood Christian's win bumped their record up to 26-6. As for Parish Episcopal, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
