Meanwhile, North Caroline beat Kent Island 21-14 on Thursday. The victory was just what North Caroline needed coming off of a 44-20 loss in their prior matchup.
Zymear Smith was on fire: he rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also picked up 86 receiving yards and a touchdown. Smith's longest rush was for an incredible 88 yards.
Colonel Richardson's victory bumped their record up to 4-4. As for North Caroline, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
