Lincoln County had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 62-57 W against the Shelbyville Central Golden Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Falcons: when they faced off against the Golden Eagles back in January, they had to take a 66-48 loss.

Lincoln County's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Shelbyville Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-13.
