Hamilton had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Mountain View Toros on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Nico Linville, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Jaylen Payne was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Hamilton kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in 15 consecutive contests.

Hamilton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Mountain View, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-13.

As of now, neither Hamilton nor the Toros have any future games scheduled.
