One of the most notable came from Grant Jackson, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. Jackson also scored 15+ points for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaxon Hunter, who scored 21 points.
American Leadership Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Freedom Prep Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
American Leadership Academy will head out on the road to face off against Emery at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Emery presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than American Leadership Academy in Utah (Emery is ranked 12th, while American Leadership Academy is ranked 98th). As for Freedom Prep Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Intermountain Christian at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Intermountain Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Friday.
