The Deubrook Dolphins won the last time they faced the Arlington Cardinals, and things went their way on Thursday too. Deubrook strolled past the Cardinals with points to spare, taking the game 66-49. The win made it back-to-back wins for Deubrook.
Deubrook had a senior duo take command as Gavin Landmark scored 20 points along with six rebounds and three steals and Landen Johnson scored 19 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Landmark has scored all season. Jp Rogness was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Deubrook now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Arlington, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with that defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Great Plains Lutheran the next time they take the court. Arlington will head out to face Great Plains Lutheran at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, while Deubrook will head out to face them at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
