Fairfield extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Anniston. They beat the Anniston Bulldogs by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 54-34. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 20 points or more this season.

Fairfield has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Anniston and nudges their season record down to 26-6.

Coming up, Fairfield will face off against Plainview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Plainview sitting on four straight wins and Fairfield on seven. Anniston does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
