The Loving Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They snuck past Cobre with a 37-33 win.
Loving was led to victory by Brooklyn Rodriquez and Karyn Montoya. Rodriquez dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds, while Montoya dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Montoya has scored all season.
Loving's victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Cobre, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loving will take on Tatum at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tatum is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. As for Cobre, Cobre and Silver will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
