Pikes Peak Christian will challenge Miami-Yoder on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Pikes Peak Christian are cruising in on a three-game winning streak while Miami-Yoder are stumbling in off of three consecutive losses.
Pikes Peak Christian put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They steamrollered Calhan 47-6. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-6.
Meanwhile, Miami-Yoder were out to avenge their 0-36 loss to Elbert from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Miami-Yoder have to be aching after a bruising 12-46 defeat to Elbert.
Pikes Peak Christian's victory lifted them to 3-1 while Miami-Yoder's loss dropped them down to 0-3. We'll find out if Pikes Peak Christian can add another positive mark to their record or if Miami-Yoder can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Pikes Peak Christian's step.
