Springdale Prep had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 26-point drubbing they dealt Rosedale Christian Academy on Tuesday. The Springdale Prep Lions put the hurt on the Rosedale Christian Academy Rosedale Panthers with a sharp 82-56 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 21 points or more this season.

Springdale Prep's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jace Hudson led the charge by going 7 for 10 on his way to 23 points. The dominant performance gave Hudson a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carmelo Beloni, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.

Springdale Prep smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in three consecutive contests.

Despite the loss, Rosedale Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Nazir Anderson, who went 5 of 11 en route to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Keyon Williams, who posted eight points and five boards.

Springdale Prep is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.
