The Ledford Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against North Davidson, falling 65-33. While losing is never fun, Ledford can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 390th, while North Davidson is ranked 180th).
North Davidson had a senior duo take command as Kyndall Moore scored 26 points along with three steals and Keelan Moore scored 22 points along with five assists and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moore has scored all season. Madison McNair was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds and three blocks.
Ledford's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for North Davidson, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Central Davidson the next time they take the court. North Davidson will host Central Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Ledford will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
