Spencer Wade gave up the fewest hits he has since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. He also allowed no hits, which is notable because Northeast is 2-1 when he allows at most two hits, but 4-6 otherwise.

Wade's strong effort led Northeast over Oswego and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
