Westover extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Greg Williams. The Westover Patriots were the clear victor by a 66-40 margin over the Cairo Syrupmakers on Friday thanks in part to Williams, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards. He has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last three times he's played.

Westover's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for Cairo, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.
