Provo is on a three-game streak of home wins, while San Juan is on an 11-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Bulldogs will host the Broncos at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Tuesday, Provo made easy work of Summit Academy and carried off a 3-0 victory.
Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Provo took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-6.

Provo can attribute much of their success to Meliana Chrisman, who hit 100% for eight kills and eight aces and four digs, and Rosabelle Campos, who had three digs and two aces. Those eight aces gave Chrisman a new career-high.
They weren't the only good servers: Provo was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 24 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday San Juan sidestepped Riverton for a 3-2 win.
San Juan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 18-25, 25-20, 25-20, 16-14.
Provo's victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for San Juan, their win bumped their record up to 24-2.
