Jesuit (Carmichael, Calif.) 56-35 while riding the arm of
Jake Browning, who tossed six touchdown passes.
The Bulldogs were up 35-7 at the half after taking the lead on a
Bailey Laolagi touchdown run in the first quarter.
Folsom expanded its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. FHS scored three times in the third, including once on a touchdown pass by Browning to
Lucas Owan.
The Bulldogs' most effective player was Browning. The sophomore quarterback ran for one touchdown.
Thomas Sperbeck played well for the Marauders. The senior quarterback threw one touchdown, ran for two touchdowns and caught one touchdown. He has now scored 10 touchdowns on the season.
Folsom also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 39-21.
Jesuit (4-3) goes up against Pleasant Grove in a Delta River game matchup next week, while Folsom (7-0) locks horns with Sheldon also in a Delta River game.
