The result was an unpleasant reminder to River Dell of the 67-62 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.
When it comes to explaining why River Dell lost, one person who can't be blamed is Sean Golden. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. Golden hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. Liam Hickey was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
