Northampton had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the King & Queen Central Royal Tigers on Thursday. Northampton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting King & Queen Central from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Thomas Dix led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Northampton pushed their record up to 11-2-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those six contests. As for King & Queen Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Northampton will face off against Mathews on Tuesday. Mathews will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Northampton surely won't give up without a fight. King & Queen Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
