Meanwhile, Governor's Academy got themselves on the board against Middlesex on Saturday, but Middlesex never followed suit. They blew past the , posting a 43-0 win at home. The victory was just what Governor's Academy needed coming off of a 41-20 loss in their prior matchup.
The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: Belmont Hill's win pushed their record up to 4-1, while Thayer Academy's defeat dropped theirs down to 1-4.
