It was a good run, but the Bennington Bears unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 50-39 to Talihina.
Talihina got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Landen Griffith out in front who scored 16 points along with four steals. It was the first time this season that Griffith scored 15 or more points. Kaidon Potts was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Bennington's loss dropped their record down to 17-6. As for Talihina, their victory bumped their record up to 11-12.
Bennington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Talihina also has no future games currently scheduled.
