While Tuesday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Nathaniel McCullar. Community Christian had no answer to McCullar on Tuesday as he scored 16 points along with five steals in the win.
McCullar and Tekoa Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Harmony Science Academy at 5:30 p.m. on February 6th. Tekoa Academy had to take a loss when they last met Harmony Science Academy, but McCullar had little to do with the loss: he scored 14 points. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
