This season hasn't been kind to the Mt. Diablo Red Devils, who are still winless after their fourth game. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 73-49 walloping at the hands of San Lorenzo on Tuesday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Mt. Diablo in their matchups with San Lorenzo: they've now lost five in a row.
Several Red Devils players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Rayaan Khan, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Taishaun Glover , who scored 12 points.
Mt. Diablo's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for San Lorenzo, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Mt. Diablo will be playing at home against Gateway at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Gateway comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for San Lorenzo, they will face off against Arcata at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Arcata focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six on Saturday.
