Soccer Recap: Putnam City North Comes Up Short

Putnam City North lost against Edmond North back in April of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers came up short against the Huskies, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Putnam City North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma soccer rankings (they are ranked 80th, while Edmond North are ranked 14th).

Putnam City North has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9-1 record this season. As for Edmond North, they pushed their record up to 8-3-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.
