San Jacinto Valley Academy's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to  Jonathan Foreman III
 San Jacinto Valley Academy's eight-game losing streak  dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to  Jonathan Foreman III. Foreman III turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday, forcing two fumbles, making 13 total tackles,  and defending a pass. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 78 yards.
 San Jacinto Valley Academy's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. Foreman III will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant  effort when he faces off against California Military Institute on Saturday.

A Season-Best  Effort from  Brayden Hutchinson Leads San Jacinto Valley Academy over Nuview Bridge
 San Jacinto Valley Academy was led to victory by  Brayden Hutchinson, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Hutchinson threw for 226 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 40 yards and two touchdowns.
 This season,  Hutchinson  has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 96.3 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 13.99  passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 79.43  passer rating.

Nathan Sanchez Has Career-Day  on Friday
 On Friday, Vasquez got the W thanks in part to  Nathan Sanchez playing the best football he has all season. Sanchez rushed for 129 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 The  win was  the fourth in a row for Vasquez, bringing their record for this year to 4-3. Sanchez will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant  performance when he faces off against Desert Christian Academy on Friday.

William Hamlett Dazzles in Hamilton Defeat
 While  William Hamlett delivered a dominant  performance  on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Hamilton. Hamlett was dynamite, rushing for 154 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards.
 With the  defeat, Hamilton broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-4. Hamlett and Hamilton will venture away from home to  challenge Desert Chapel  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.

Tyler Priest Sets Career High in  Rushing Yards
  Tyler Priest posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He made ten total tackles.
 The  win (which was Desert Christian Academy's sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Priest and Desert Christian Academy will play host again  on Friday to welcome Vasquez, where kickoff is scheduled  at 7:00  p.m.
