Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Gig Harbor). Everything went their way against the Lincoln Abes on Tuesday as they made off with  a  15-0 win. The Tides'  victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
 Max Bergford looked comfortable as he  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 On the hitting side,  Jayce Corley was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple. Those  three  RBI gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ethan Mar, who  scored three  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 Gig Harbor  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .680. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Gig Harbor's win was  their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 11-0. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln,  they are  on  a  15-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
