Meanwhile, Cesar Chavez had already won 19 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.8 points), and they went ahead and made it 20 on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 63-45 victory over West Point.
Shadow Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Cesar Chavez, they pushed their record up to 23-2 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home.
