Taliya Mata looked comfortable as she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time she hasn't allowed a single hit since back in April of 2024.

Golden Valley's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Saugus hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .382. It's a different story for Golden Valley, though, as they've only averaged .256. Will they be able to contain Saugus' hitters?
