KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They suffered a grim 6-34 defeat to Greater Lowell Tech on Saturday. If KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate were hoping to take revenge for the 8-38 defeat against Greater Lowell Tech the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed. This was the first contest for both squads, starting KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Greater Lowell Tech a 1-0 record.
Next week KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate take on Roxbury Prep Charter at Manning Bowl at 7:00 PM. Greater Lowell Tech will stay at home against Minuteman Regional at 12:00 PM.
